Prana Yoga for Centering Mind Body and Spirit Jeff Prabhakar MigdowPrana is a Sanskrit term that translates to “life force” or “vital energy.” It refers to the universal energy that flows in and around our bodies, believed to be the breath and the sustaining force of life itself. Spiritually, prana represents the connection between the material and the spiritual. It’s the energy that animates life and is a link to higher consciousness. Prana yoga is the form of yoga where we utilize the chakra sounds, and breathing exercises during yoga practice to help access the prana energy more fully, and deeply. When we can increase the flow of the universal energy, all levels of our being Mind, Body, and Spirit are revitalized, rebalanced, and healed.

During this experimental workshop, we will explore and experience:

  • The focusing and calming of the mind through the combination of yoga postures with the chakra sound vibrations
  • Accessing a fuller depth of prana through the physical body, leading to physical vitality and healing
  • The ability to be more present in your practice and life thus touching and centering our spirit more deeply

Join Jeff for a profound experience of balancing body, mind, and spirit through this spiritual practice which can resonate throughout your day-to-day life.
