Qigong for Mental and Physical Health 1Improve your inner health through simple qigong exercises. This class focuses on gentle, rocking and stretching movements combined with deep, relaxed breathing. These easy-to-learn exercises enhance circulation, digestion, and energy levels while calming the mind and reducing stress, tension, and anxiety.

The inner health of the body is just as important as the outer health. Through the mind-body practice of qigong, you can improve your health and longevity, boost your immune system, and reduce stress.

John Robertson 2023John Robertson has nearly 20 years’ experience practicing and teaching T’ai Chi Ch’uan and Qigong and is a student of Taoist philosophy. He is a Level 7 Certified Qigong Instructor with World Ki Gong and a Certified Advanced Instructor and professional member of the National Qigong Association.
