Saturdays, 11:00 am – 12:15 p.m.
May 3 - June 28 (no class May 24) (8 classes)
Join us for a Hatha Yoga class designed to cultivate balance, strength, and flexibility at a steady and mindful pace. Through deliberate movement, breathwork, and meditation, this practice will help release tension, improve stability, and quiet the mind.
Props such as blocks, straps, and blankets are thoughtfully incorporated to enhance alignment, support the body, and ensure a safe and comfortable experience. By integrating these tools, practitioners can deepen their poses with precision while preventing strain.
Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, this class provides a solid foundation for self-awareness, mindfulness, and inner peace. Come breathe, move, and restore with us.
TS Members: $80 • Nonmembers: $95 • $14 per session
