Local Groups
The Theosophical Society in America is a Section of the international Theosophical Society. The American Section is organized into six geographical districts. In each district there are two kinds of local groups, called Lodges (or Branches) and Study Centers, as well as members-at-large, who do not belong to a local group.
In some parts of the country, local groups and individual members join together in a voluntary association called a Federation.
For more information about the Theosophical Society in America and the groups within it, or to report group contact information that is problematic, please e-mail the National Secretary at natsec@theosophical.org.
